Return Policy

- Taiwan: According to Consumer Protection Act, the customer can have a 7-day trial period.
- Outside Taiwan: We do not accept any returns unless the product has a defect or is damaged. Please contact us through “order message”, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refund

- Payment by credit card: The refund will occur after 10 working days when the return process is completed. (Posting date may vary according to the issuing bank)
- Payment by ATM: The refund will occur after 7 working days by bank wire when the return process is completed.

Exchange

- We don’t accept change of mind returns/ refunds, include but not limited to size and color.
- If the product receiving has a defect, please contact us for processing the defect appraisal for exchange. We can offer an exchange without transport fee once in order to maintain our service quality.
